GTK3/4 Themes cinnamon gnome mate themes xfce
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): https://github.com/themix-project/oomox
A series of Oomox-generated themes in 25 different colors, all of which come in light (1), mixed (2), and dark (3) variations, to fulfill everyone's tastes. Now available as Clear Colors, which use button styles that emulate the button styles used in Clearlooks, and also available as Flat Colors, a completely flat theme series for those of you who prefer the flat look (to be honest, I personally don't care for the flat look, but I created it for y'all anyway) Tested on MATE, Cinnamon, Xfce, and Openbox. Should also work on GNOME and any other GTK-based desktop, although the corresponding titlebar styles are only available for GNOME, MATE, Cinnamon, Xfce, and Openbox.
Classic Themes Changelog 1 month ago
Now available in two different versions: Clear Colors, with Clearlooks-style buttons, and Flat Colors, an all-flat theme series
Two new colors introduced -- royal, a richer shade of blue, and slate, a grayish-blue shade
Fixed a problem causing the "2" versions of the themes to look horrible on the panels in versions of Xfce before 4.16
selected-bg-color in the black versions darkened
selected-bg-color in the gray versions darkened to be more readable with white text
selected-bg-color in the maroon and navy versions slightly lightened for better visibility on dark backgrounds
selected-bg-color in the orange versions lightened to a richer shade of orange along with now using a black text color for the sake of readability
selected-bg-color in the yellow versions slightly darkened in order to be easier on the eyes

Typographical error fixed 5 months ago
Fixed a typographical error that caused the highlight shade of teal in the "Classic Teal II" theme to be a bit darker than the shade of teal used in the highlight for the I and III versions.

The metacity theme needs some work IMHO.
