extract the cursor (tar -xzvf Downloadedfile.tar.gz), and then move the folder to ~/.icons/ (create the directory if that doesn't exist). You can then go to the settings manager of your desktop environment, and change the theme.

Hi. I really like this theme but they are a bit to big for me. Is there anyway I can batch resize the cursor image files? Ubuntu 20.04 cursor settings have no effect.
