Description:

:: General 16.10 ::

- Arbeit-Mate 16.10 is modified Vimix Gtk theme, so credits goes to it's creator.
- Arbeit-Mate comes in two variants - Schwarz - dark theme, and Weiss - light theme. It was designed to use with Faenza icon theme.
- Also, i've included panel backgrounds for those who don't like their panels flat.
- There are also templates with fake panel shadow (because mate-panel in 16.10 don't cast shadow on desktop), but i've made it only for 24px panel and 1366x768 resolution - i've made it in GIMP and it's really easy so if anyone needs other resolution or panel size - do it yourself ;-)

:: Installation 16.10 ::

- To install this theme you have to extract the archive and put "Arbeit-Mate 16_10 Schwarz" and "Arbeit-Mate 16_10 Weiss" folders to your ".themes" folder (hidden in your user folder).

:: General 16.04 ::

- Theme comes in two versions - with dark panels (Schwarz), and with light panels (Weiss).
- Theme works with Ubuntu-MATE 16.04
- Theme is based on BlueMenta theme and inspired by Elementary theme
- theme was not designed to use with AppMenu (Global menu), of course you can use it, but it looks best with normal menubar.
- Theme was designed to use with Marco windows manager. It works and looks good with Compiz, but it looks best with Marco.
- I have not tested it with any other file managers, so i have no idea how it looks with Nemo, Gnome-Files, Pantheon-Files or Thunar. But it shouldn't look bad.

:: Installation 16.04 ::

- Extract .zip archive, and copy "Arbeit-MATE Weiss" / "Arbeit-MATE Schwarz" folder to your .themes folder, or to usr/share/themes/ (but for this you have to use Caja with administrator permission).

:: Panel ::

- Each theme has additional panel background - you can change it in your panel properties.

Almost every bug i've noticed is fixed.
- Better linked buttons
- Better handles in gtk2 panel
- and few minor improvements

Looks like my mistake. Moved it to usr, and it worked with these applications.

Older applications aren't themed, such as Calibre, Audacity, audacious, including google's android studio if using gtk theme. I guess it's because they use some obsolete theme interfaces, but I've never got into gtk theme technologies myself.

I'm a bit confused about the download locations and versions.
Are the 16.04 and 16.10 versions both at 1.0?
There is only the 16.10 download link given, just above the GENERAL 16.04 paragraph.
At the bottom of your post, there are two download links, 16.04 and 16.10, but it says PANEL just above.
I'm confused!?

Hi there. Arbeit-Mate 16.04 was at 0.9.1 version because i thought that there may be some bugs to fix, but i've spotted none, so it can be considered version 1.0. And Arbeit-Mate 16.10 is version 1.0, because i have not spotted any bugs (and it's based on quite refined theme - Vimix).
As for downloads - at the bottom You have links both to 16.04 and 16.10 versions. The same link for 16.10 is as you have mentioned under description for 16.10 - and you're right - i should make it more clear :-) So both links for 16.10 are the same, and link for 16.04 is for those who still runs LTS version of Ubuntu-MATE.
