A backport of a snapshot of the original Adapta theme by Tista500.

This is a Ubuntu-Mate 16.04 edition (which ‬supports GTK 3 CSD)

Full credit for the amazing theme goes to Tista500.

My contribution:

- Added a panel
- Made a new metacity-theme that works in the Mate-desktop.

There's only one problem with your great theme : it's not working well under Compiz Window Manager. The window's border are not black like in the other Window Managers (Marco, etc.)
