This theme is based on the Murrine Y theme but remplace the dark black bye some blue color.
It also provide a nice white bar for the gnome panel.
This theme is based on the Murrine engine. So you need to install it first.
If you are using an Ubuntu Edgy, you can download the engine here:

The second screenshot is in fact a background that you can use in Nautilus and which match this theme.

But I have started modifying it and will continue until it will really match my vision. I will certainly post it then.
For Beryl, it took me many options changes before have a stable setup with my NVidia card. But it finally works. So good luck.
