Looks best with globalmenu!
______________________________________________

My current vision of gnome :)

I tried to create a futuristic yet simple environment to
work in.
______________________________________________

A HUGE thank you to every user who commented
here and helped me shape this!!!

info on and download the globalmenu here:
http://code.google.com/p/gnome2-globalmenu/

for a wallpaper that goes with the theme:
http://staford.deviantart.com/art/Technical-Method-5971201

I will ask artist taner if he is willing
to do a wallpaper that will be the default
wallpaper of this theme
this when he gets back in about 3-4 months
or so.

A really huge thank you to all of you who
have commented,supported,given feedback
and voted (good or bad that it was)!

I'm really happy to see interest in my work!

To answer a few questions:

The theme is not black and white, it actually
is blue (well , very low on saturation because
I don't like a colorful system, maybe I'm getting
old, I don't know).

my conkyrc is available here(well, VERY
outdated but it's very easy to edit it
to ones desires)
http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Conky+%5BTheRob%5D?content=74972

It is not supposed to download yet...
That's what previews are all about,
pissing those in the eyes who would actually
like to use the product ;D

Anyway, I don't think this will be ready
anytime soon but if there is enough
request I might upload a very very very
untested and ugly version :)

Thanks again!!!

Looks superb. This is the type design I was looking for. As usual your instincts are dead on. Well... This is without a doubt another hit from TheRob.

It's great as a concept ,but what impresses me the most about it is that it has a completely different style than your previous themes (i love variety). With your attention to detail this will probably one up SlicknesS as the gnome theme of choice.

I wasn't trying to get TheRob to do something in colour just because of me (hell, SlicknessBlack is my absolute favourite theme ever), it was merely intended as something to think about.

Great work, from what I can tell. I wish you had used less compression on the screenie though

This was a nice surprise. Especially the vertical gradient is very original.

Redefine the min/max/close buttons and you have my full support. :)

Just joking, good work.

Looks very good. You're not the only one whose own personal STYLE tends toward blacks and grays. There are plenty of us out there. Those who suggest you should start doing what THEY like should probably consider doing their own work in their own style. And there are thousands of color themes on this site to please anyone who doesn't like blacks and grays.
Keep up the good work. I really like your stuff.

You seem to be sticking to black, white and grays and this is just another variation. There's a whole world of colour out there for you to explore.

I disagree. Look around on GNOME-look and there are oodles of colorful themes. There aren't nearly enough for us fans of the monochrome outside of taking Aurora or Clearlooks and just changing the colors. Few are MADE to be black and white.

This one I'm not so big on, at least not yet, but it seems to blend with the Titanium icons better than the others.
