This theme is quite nice and well done, but there are two things that really keep me away from it.
- The buttons have no borders. This kills usability. Everything becomes a mess of labels.
- The red of the active window title is too bright and saturated. It almost hurts the eyes.

When I started it, I tried more variants. Sadly the variant with borders around the buttons didn't work at all. It doesn't fit this theme. I have not experienced problems without the borders, but then that's me.

If the red is too bright or if it is not, depends mostly on your choosen fonts. I use a font from the Swis721 family and it works perfectly and isn't bright at all.Perhaps you should experiment.
