Okay here's another version of my Black-Out-GTK. I Changed all the highlights to pure white (except for the menu selection as I like mixing gradients).
I smoothed out the toolbar and a few other touches elsewhere. This theme was originally based off of adwaita with ANewBlood GTk theme window borders by alecive http://fav.me/d4j2r5l thanks buddy
I'm really loving the the focus-effects-extension for gnome (just wish there was a setting you could adjust the transparency on the fly like compiz. Maybe with the mouse wheel)
Copy to either ~.themes or /usr/share/themes

but it's not working and i'm comming to make the decision i should kill myself right now, because i want this theme so badly,
so, does it have any special requirement?

What version of gnome are you running? If it's 3.4 I haven't updated yet to it and will eventually. I am running kde now so I will get to it when there is time.
