Based on emerald Frame theme by pomalin.

Tested with Xfce 4.3.99.2(4.4 RC2), 4.4.0 and 4.4.1 on Debian Etch and Sid. This theme requires the activation of the compositor.

Experimental derivative of NNM-GTK. If you have difficulty to move your windows, try this short cuts:
