What icon theme are you using? (some look like gnome on the top, but others look completely different for ex: terminal, trash, home, computer)

Also what docking station is that?

One suggestion: change the colors on the scroll bar- it can be confusing to drag because the light blue and white are very close. It might also help view-ability to add the typical three lines in the center. Thanks for the theme.

open the link included in the description for the aurora GTK engine and follow the examples (make sure you have all the dependencies installed before you compile from source).
download the file and extract to ~/.themes.
open the appearance/theme manager and choose blubuntu-aurora, and you should be all set.

Here is the engine 1.3 .deb and it has your theme in it, with the other default engine themes.(tested in Gutsy)

i didn't actually made any changes to the gtkrc file; i just edited my comment on gnome-look so it automatically updated for me.
feel free to package it in another gnome-look file if you wish =) just pls. link back to me.
