Aquatic Black is a dark GTK theme usable for both XFCE and Gnome.
It includes:
GTK User Interface theme (Gnome and XFCE compatible)
XFWM theme
Icons (gtk, which means XFCE and Gnome, compatible a.f.a.i.k.)
Mouse theme (general X one)
Guifications theme (that's a Pidgin plugin)
Wallpaper and (horrible) Conky theme are not included.
Future release plans:
1.1: Adapt the WM theme for Gnome. Might also include fixed icons for xfce users (so you don't have to install gnome icons).
1.2: Release a second version (while still updating the first one), with a darker blue colour.
1.3: Adapt for Emerald and CompizFusion.
Expected release dates are: When I can be bothered.
As far as I know, everything I based this theme on is GPL licensed, if you're the author of any of the themes I used and don't agree with me uploading this theme, please contact me (see my account info) and I'll remove this theme right away (and think you're mean).

01-05-08: 1.0b: Uploaded the theme to DeviantART, I had some changes laying around so those got uploaded as well. (No need to download this if you already have 1.0 installed). Package is bigger because DeviantART wouldn't accept .tar.gz files.
01-05-08 (fast huh): 1.0: removed a few game icons, rewrote most of the howto. Thanks to Morghus for helping me out on the Gnome howto.
